Sunday 15th March 2015 - Ovens

Ovens are not required in the kitchen, according to Hong Kong. I thought I’d struck lucky with my apartment, and bragged to a considerable number of people about my oven in the first week or so.

It is a worrying reflection of how little time I spend in my kitchen, that somebody else alerted me to the fact that my ‘oven’ is in fact three shiny silver drawers.
