Tuesday 14th April 2015 - Bridget Jones

It is worrying that turning into Bridget Jones is on my mind, when I'm only 21. But for some reason my life seems to resemble hers quite often. To the point that I'm now experiencing actual scenes from the books/movies first hand.

So in my dance class today, we were grooving to Applause by Lady Gaga, which as we all know goes 'I live for the applause, applause, applause etc'. Perhaps not the most famous of songs, but still the title sort of gives it away.

Well everyone, including the teacher, was singing/shrieking something like 'never be wrong, wrong, wrong'. I was too much of a coward to put them straight, but still. That is ridiculously close to Bridget's experience in the Thai prison in film number 2, when she's arguing with the other inmates about Madonna's classic Like a Virgin lyrics.

Bar the prison bit.
