Afternoon tea at The Peninsula Hotel is an absolute must for all those who are HK-bound. There are dainty smoked salmon sandwiches, scones-a-plenty and tea served the old-fashioned, glamorous way through a tea strainer.

Unfortunately you can’t book a table, so arrive about half an hour before afternoon tea officially starts and you should be fine.
