Sunday 10th May 2015 - Peppercorn Sauce
My culinary skills are really coming along now I’m almost 22. Last night I whipped up a delightful peppercorn sauce, with mere guidance from a recipe, and a lot of improvisation on my part.
Fine. It was slightly too peppery. In fact it was really peppery. But when accompanied by a large glass of water, it was definitely edible.
