Friday 24th July 2015 - Spinach

Okay, so now I am 100% convinced that the big boss man of my local supermarket is following my blog. There’s no other explanation.

Yesterday, I went shopping and found fresh spinach. It’s a bloody miracle.

I ate so much spinach for dinner last night, it was laughable. I imagine it looked like someone being presented with their first bottle of chilled water after a long walk through the desert. Or perhaps, not quite as dramatic. But still, I was super duper happy.
