I’ve found paradise on earth, which also, handily, doubles up as a hangover cure.

Who’d have thought that HK would have this little gem tucked up its sleeve, hey?

There is a rather rocky climb ahead of you before reaching the haven. If, like me, you’re not a natural climber, your shins will take a battering. Plus, there is absolutely no chance of climbing in 37 degree heat without losing half your body weight in water. Though not pleasant to experience, this is a sure fire way to get last night’s alcohol out of your system.

And when you get there, and jump into a lusciously cool, fresh-water pool. Sheer joy, my friends. Sheer bloody joy.
