Sunday afternoons are prime time for cocktails on rooftops. Particularly at Hotel Indigo in Wanchai where they whip up delicious cosmopolitans for $60 (all hail happy hour).
What made our trip to Hotel Indigo all the more special was the luscious pool we spied across the corridor. When we went to have a nosy, the pool boy assumed we were guests and waved us through with two towels so fluffy and soft it was almost criminal.
It would have been rude not to take a dip, right?
