Monday 14th September 2015 - Beaches

It never even crossed my mind that Hong Kong would be a beachy-kinda place. But lo and behold this insane place has managed to tick yet another box. The beaches are glorious, which is perfect, because so is the sunshine. Maybe the frantic fake tan hunt wasn't necessary after all. A real tan might actually be on the cards for lil Scarls.

The only minor drawback to one of my personal favourites, Repulse Bay Beach, is that rather alot of mainland tourists arrive and want to a) pose for photos inbetween you and your friends b) take selfies with you in the background looking sweaty c) stand directly in front of you and snap you like you're an attraction.

The novelty very rapidly wears off. PUT THE DAMN PHONE DOWN.
