Saturday 24th January 2015 - Aerial Hoop Dancing

I decided to take advantage of Hong Kong’s fun, quirky exercise scene. Naturally aerial hoop dancing was the first choice. And boy did I feel the effects.

For an entire week after.

Like, I honestly couldn’t lift up my arms.

Or sit up very easily.

Or lie down for that matter.

But it was worth it! I was hoiking myself up and bending around in the air like a circus girl. Sure, the other people in the class were swinging by one arm and doing the splitz. But I reckon that will be me in a couple (of hundred) classes. I’d definitely recommend it.

Go on, unleash your inner circus queen!
