Do take fun head wear. For example, a floral garland or a funny hat. This is great fun when you're a couple of beers down the line.

However - do not lend your fun headwear to anyone. They will jump in the sea with it, lose it, and try to persuade you that a baseball cap is an adequate replacement.

A baseball cap is never an adequate replacement.
